Friday Night Social Practice

Friday night REVIVAL is a free social practice night for our members to put into practice what they are learning at classes and figuring out for themselves at their own pace the wonderful and colourful world of Rock n Roll dancing. We are not only reviving the mooves to groove on the dance floor with but we are keeping rock n roll alive and well for future generations.

Rock n Roll Social Practice Night will run every Friday in 2012:

From Friday, 3rd February 2012 through To Friday, 14th December 2012 (inclusive)
With the exception of Good Friday as the club is closed.

Apart from our theme nights and weeks as detailed below, Friday nights are a great opportunity to grease back and slick the hair, put on your full circle skirts, dresses and guys to bring out their vintage attire to Rock the night away. Don't forget your dancing shoes!!!

We hope you will be inspired to come along and join in on our Rock'n Friday theme nights and weeks. You can go to a lot of effort or simply use accessories for the hair and body like jewellery and scarves to feel apart of our theme. Our themes are generally easy enough and recycled from year to year that you can generally find stuff right out of your wardrobes and draws. In the past, we have had groups of friends dress the same or similar, take ideas from movies and go to the effort of dressing their table with centrepieces and other bits.
