The New Year always present a wonderful and positive opportunity for a New You and Easter is another one of those great refresh, lets get going/keep going moments!
Stop wishing, stop thinking should you / shouldn't you and just start doing! Our theme or hope for everyone in 2017 is to  "live life on the dance floor".

With so much uncertainty and manic in our lives for various reasons there is one sure fire way to feel satisfied, combat depression/sadness and give yourself joy! And you won't believe how easy and natural it is:

Get on the dance floor start moving to music and when your body is moving your brain naturally releases endorphins which some people refer to them as "pleasure drugs/chemicals". If you are not confident with the whole 'dance thing' then get involved with a dance school. Dance peers can become great friends and motivators for your lifelong dance journey

Alongside all the benefits of learning to partner dance, lets understand one thing - if you are going to do something then do it well and that will require time, patience, dedication, persistence, resilience and the willingness to commit to learning. Learning to partner dance is a social activity that provides interaction and connectivity with other humans and why is this important to mention...well the only way you will find out is by getting involved and become a participator rather than a spectator. But if one thing is for sure any form of sport or recreation, activity or hobby is truly special and unique and if you do not believe us now just wait 20 years in our ever advancing technological and virtual world.

We would love to have you on the dance floor, so come on and dance with us, lets come together to do it together. Please see a list of locations below and links for further details:
