Get ready to Moove n Groove at our fun and easy rock n roll dance classes held in the Hills Area. Our Castle Hill dance classes are held on every Thursday night at Castle Hill Bowling Club.

Next Beginner Rock n Roll Dance Classes in the Hills District starts 8th March 2012.
Please arrive 15 minutes before to allow time for registration.
During the night we run several rock n roll classes at different times:-
| Dance Class Type | Time | Class Description |
|---|---|---|
| FUNdamentals 1 (Beginners) | 7:00pm-8:00pm | This class is aimed for students who have never danced before, those with little or limited dance experience and others who have learnt other styles and looking for a new style to add to their repertoire. |
| FUNdamentals 2 (Intro-Int) | 8:00pm-8:30pm | Suited to those that have completed the 5 week beginner course as it builds on the basics of technique / foundations / formations from the beginner course and is used as a stepping stone to the intermediate level classes. |
| Intermediate/Open | 8:30pm-9:30pm | Learn new mooves and patterns every week with differing levels of difficulty taught throughout the hour. This class is suited to those who have mooved through the Beginner and Intro-Intermediate courses. |
| Practice Time | 9:30pm-9:55pm | Take what you have learnt in classes and moove out on the dance floor to the groovy tunes from our resident DJ.Remember practice makes permanent and helps with building muscle memory. |
Note:- Please respect copyright laws, the wishes of the principal dance instructors, business and respect the privacy of other students, clubs, other guests and members of the clubs we conduct dance classes in. It is also our general rule and policy that our dance classes and regular LMNG dance time including workshops, socials, classes and lessons shall not be recorded in any form whether by way of motion capture, video or any other means. Video recording is simply not permitted.
