Please note that delivery is available only within Australia only.
Our packages are generally sent using Australia Post and may require a signature on receipt. For this reason, a work address is preferred to ensure that you receive your parcel in a timely manner. If no-one is available to receive your order, a card may be left indicating your parcel is available for collection at the marked location. Lets Moove n Groove reserves the right to combine postage when practical.

Please allow up to 5-10 working days for a standard delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we have a no refund/exchange/transfer policy for deposits or full payments on events, workshops, class passes, christmas parties, road trips and other special events. The funds raised for these types of events are allocated to expenses to run the events which many are upfront for example room hire, band costs, catering, insurance, licences and much more. We thank you for your understanding.
Our Return and Exchanges for non-events/class activities is below:-
We offer a 21 day online return policy, during which you are able to return your item for an exchange or a refund.
The following requirements must be met for goods to be refunded or exchanged:
• Goods must be unworn and in original condition (Stay on Carpet, shoes must be in the same condition as recieved)
• Goods must be returned in their original box
• Goods must be received within 21 days from date of invoice.
If shoes are deemed by us to be worn, marked or used, a refund will not be processed and a return shipping fee of $9.95 charged.
Please note that shoes requiring return to Lets Moove n Groove remain the responsibility of the customer, and are returned at the customers expense. As Lets Moove n Groove does not take responsibility for a return parcel until it is delivered to us, it is suggested that you use a postal service which is able to trace the whereabouts of your goods once posted.
Please complete a Customer Returns Form or contact our office before sending products. So that your return can be processed efficiently.

How to return goods for refund
Complete the ‘Customer Returns and Re-order Form’ sent with your purchase. In the ‘Returns section’ list the item(s) you are returning in the space provided. .
Re-package the item(s) including the form and post it to us. Once your parcel is received, we will credit you with your original method of payment, excluding delivery. (Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded with returns/exchanges).
Alternatively, goods can be returned at any of our dance class locations.
How to exchange goods
First either phone us on 0287861220 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time), or email us to check stock availability and place the item(s) you require on hold. Note that items will be held for 7 days. If your parcel and form have not been received by then, the item(s) will be placed back on sale.
Complete the ‘Re-order section’ on the Returns Form. Then re-package the item(s) including the form and Post your package to:

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 3-4 working days of receipt.
Postage Charges for reorder
In the case of an exchange, you will not be charged postage for your first replacement pair. Should you need to replace your shoes more than once, you will be charged $9.95 for postage for each additional pair.
